Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, i.e. in-stock items, Made-to-order, Custom -made, etc. For details, please see individual product page.

Estimated Shipping Time

USA: 2 - 5 Business Days w/ Standard (2 - 3 Business Days w/ Expedited)

Canada: 5 - 10 Business Days

UK & EU: 3 - 7 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 20 Business Days

Rest of the World: 5 - 10 Business Days

The shipping time is current estimates from the carriers. The actual shipping time will depend on the carriers' conditions, such as weather, restrictions, etc. We will provide you with the carriers' shipping tracking information for each order you purchase from us. Please contact the carrier for updated information on your product's delivery date. In addition, we may advise you to purchase shipping protection for the higher valued products for cases of loss or damage in transit.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
