Manly Palmer Hall (March 18, 1901 – August 29, 1990) was an author and mystic. He is most famous for his work The Secret Teachings of All Ages, which he published in 1928. In 1934, Hall founded the Philosophical Research Society dedicating it to an idealistic approach to the solution of human problems by the way integrating philosophy, religion, and science into one system of instruction. In 1973 at the age of 47, Hall was recognized as a 33° Mason*, before this, he was Raised a Master Mason on sight, November 22, 1954, indeed a rare honor. Hall delivered approximately 8,000 lectures in the United States authored over 150 books and essays, and wrote numerous articles.
